Launched in March 2020, the Coast-to-Coast (C2C) Trail is a 36km trail that starts in the northeast/north region of Singapore and ends in Jurong Lake Gardens in the west (or vice versa, depending on where you start).
After 4 trips to Japan, you’d think I finished combing through the wondrous catalogs of Japanese drugstores. However, with so many products to try, I’ve only scratched the surface of the sheet masks selection and a bit of the makeup array.
Services like Klook have been real lifesavers for people like me, especially when I was in Seoul, South Korea. I’m not exactly an obsessive planner but I’m definitely more of the type who likes to prepare in advance compared to the kind that does everything spontaneously.
A regular nine-to-fiver who loves to travel. Here, I share my detailed tried-and-tested itineraries, experiences, and tips to help other travel lovers like you, with or without full-time jobs, plan their itineraries more efficiently!
Hi there! I’m Eunice, currently just a typical OL (office lady) working a 9-to-5 job, stretching the dollar and annual leave for travelling. And I love taking photos while I’m travelling (& not so much at home in Singapore) so expect to see photo-heavy posts on here.
Occasionally, I dabble beyond travel and write whatever comes to mind or interests me.
Throwback post to the most amazing Christmas illumination I’ve seen. Didn’t know about this place until we came across this brochure at the train station and we made an impromptu decision to visit. Thank god everything worked out and we managed to catch one of the last buses back to city after the visit. 😂
To be honest, they really invested in just this magical stretch and the rest of the park pretty much paled in comparison 😂 but it was pretty cool to explore a new place.
This dramatic layout from @parkroyalcollectionmarinabay.
Park Royal Collection did a $45 mil overhaul to transform what used to be Marina Mandarin to the new garden-in-a-hotel concept. They reopened their doors in late 2020 and while there are still minor elements that remind of the predecessor, the overall vibe does feel updated.
Visited Shenzhen in 2018 and was fortunate to catch the light show that was specially designed for the city’s 40th anniversary in 2020 (yes, they started testing the light show 2 years in advance).
My then-colleague brought me up Lianhuashan for a front-row experience to the show and even though I wasn’t a fan of light shows, I remember it being pretty incredible. Don’t think it’s still ongoing now but would love to visit Shenzhen again for the food. Shenzhen has been nothing short of welcoming to people from different provinces and has grown into a melting pot for the different cultures and food so I got to try lots of different Chinese food. 🤤
Watching Hell’s Kitchen on Netflix and going “hey, we’ve been there” whenever they show the streets of Vegas.
We sometimes talk about wanting to visit US again after the Covid situation gets better but the default responses among friends and families have always been “maybe in a few more years...it’s not safe now”. 😥
